One is almost certainly RP-SMA (reverse polarity), which swaps the pin and socket. Standard SMA and RP-SMA do not mate. Match the polarity on both the board connector and the antenna before ordering.

Avoid U.FL/IPEX, which tolerates only ~30 mating cycles. Use SMA or MMCX for repeated connection, or run a U.FL-to-SMA pigtail so the fragile connector stays mated inside the enclosure.
