Choose Suzhou when you want tier-2 Samsung or Bosch supply chain access with documented quality systems; SIP’s bonded zone logistics advantages are relevant; your product requires IATF 16949-adjacent quality systems but not full automotive OEM certification; factory visit density matters; or PCB assembly complexity requires IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 at lower MOQ than Shanghai’s EMS cluster.
