Generic hobby spray paints used by some factories fail barium and antimony migration limits. LiPo battery transport and storage is a practical concern for wholesale: LiPo cells cannot be shipped by air at full charge — IATA regulations require cells to be at storage charge (30–50% state of charge). Overcharged LiPo cells in enclosed shipping containers are a fire risk. Brushless motors require correct KV matching to the gearing — a factory that supplies a 4,000 KV motor with stock gearing designed for a 3,300 KV motor will overheat the motor and ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) under full throttle.
