Tell us what you need to source. You get a response within 24 hours — usually with specific follow-up questions that show we read your brief.

Send your spec sheet, BOM, or reference product. We review it and flag any issues before they become factory problems — no call required.

You receive a written proposal covering scope, timeline, fee structure, and our specific recommended approach. No vague promises.

We contact 15–30 factories in parallel and narrow to 3–5 verified candidates that match your MOQ, cert requirements, and technical spec.

We visit shortlisted factories in person. You get a photo report with a clear pass/conditional/fail rating — so you pick the factory with confidence.

Samples arrive at your location with a structured evaluation brief. You approve or reject — one revision round is included at no extra cost.

We negotiate payment terms and production schedule on your behalf, then issue the purchase order after you approve the sample.

You don't ship a defective batch. Pre-production, in-process (20% completion), and pre-shipment inspections catch problems before they become your problem.

We coordinate freight, export documentation, and customs — you track from factory gate to your warehouse. Typically 2–6 weeks sea freight.

We introduce you to the factory contact directly and set the reorder process. From here you can go direct — or keep us on retainer for QC and management.
