Phase 1 — Discovery

You submit an RFQ describing your product, quantity estimate, target timeline, and any existing supplier experience.

Discovery

1–2 days

We review your spec sheet, BOM, or reference product via email or WhatsApp. Async by default — no scheduling required.

Proposal

48h

We send a written proposal: scope, timeline, fee structure, and our recommended approach for your specific situation.

Sourcing

1–2 weeks

We run parallel outreach to 15–30 factories and qualify them down to 3–5 candidates that match your requirements.

Verification

3–5 days

On-site audit of shortlisted factories. Report with photos, pass/conditional/fail rating, and recommendation.

Phase 2 — Production

Sample Order

2–4 weeks

Coordinate sample procurement, shipping to your location, and structured evaluation brief. One revision round included.

Production Order

1 week

Negotiate terms, payment structure, and production schedule. Issue purchase order after sample approval.

3-Stage QC

ongoing

Pre-production inspection before materials are committed. DUPRO at 20%. Pre-shipment at 80–100%.

Logistics

2–6 weeks

Coordinate freight forwarder, export documentation, and shipping. Track from factory gate to your warehouse.

Aftercare

ongoing

Introduce you to the factory contact directly. Establish reorder process and ongoing QC standards.

Your involvement

Steps 1–3 require your active input. Steps 4–10 require 1–2 hours per week from you: reviewing our reports, approving decisions, and answering technical questions when they arise. We handle everything else.
